Television series ‘The Bottom Line’ has taken out the Gold Award for Best Integration and Brand Story Telling at last night’s Asia Pacific Festival of Branded Content and Entertainment (BE) held at Crystal Palace Venue, Luna Park Sydney.
‘The Bottom Line’, co-created by evolution media group (emg) and CPA Australia took the award in a hotly contested field including brands such as Qantas, Toyota, Jacob’s Creek, National Geographic and Southern Cross Television.
The Best Integration and Brand Storytelling category was a shortlist of creative projects that effectively deliver factual or reality-based entertainment for a brand through either original content or integration into an existing format.
The shortlist was selected and judged by a panel of over 30 experts from around the world.
Accepting the award on the night was emg’s Managing Director, Marcus Field who was overwhelmed by the audiences support.
“The Bottom Line is all about inspiring people through intimate storytelling that gets to the heart of what drives our best leaders” he said.
“It’s certainly struck a chord with the audience, so to be recognised for authenticity and effectiveness against such distinguished company is a wonderful endorsement of what we are trying to achieve. Watch this space for even bigger and better things in 2014.” Marcus said.
‘The Bottom Line’ is emg’s award winning production arm, evoTV is the producer of ‘The Bottom Line’ as well as ‘No More Practice’, ‘Your Best Interests’ and ‘The Naked CEO’ which received a bronze award for Best Use of Native Advertising at the BE festival.
